Across The Editors Desk – From Andy Tang

Author Andy lives in China and needs some help. Put as you can guess their is a communications problem. So Andy would like to know if their is anyone in the club that can speak Mandarin for training purposes in China? He is interested in being an instructor and what are the requirements. He would also like to know is their a CFI instructor position that teaches other CFI for certification.
