ARTICLE VI – MEETINGS
SECTION 1 – Club Meetings
(A) The monthly meeting of this Club shall be held on the third Saturday on each month unless otherwise designated.
(B) Regular Club meetings will be held on the third Saturday of each month at a place determined by the general membership at an earlier meeting. If no meeting was set, then it will be up to the President to decide weather or not to have a meeting in a given month.
A change of date and location may be determined by a vote of the General Membership. Proper posting of each meeting shall be posted in the newsletter by the newsletter editor and on the website under “Events” by the webmaster or email by the Communications Officer.
(C) The Communications Officer will send out a notice of cancelation if time permits.
(D) It shall be up to each individual member to check there email and club website for cancelation notices on the date of the meeting/event.
SECTION 2 – Board of Directors Meetings
(A) The monthly Board of Directors meeting will be held as indicated in previous Article IV.
SECTION 3 – Outing or Events
(A) An outing or club event follows the same rules as outlined in section 1 – club Meetings
