I am not into changing the By-Laws at this time. I look at them and fail to see any rush to make changes at this time. Article VII sec 1. 1,2,3, gives a clear view of the way to go about making any changes. I am pleased to see that there is some people thinking of the club, Mike and Jim just to mention two of them. The Pres can appoint an “rules Committee’s” and then people submitt there thoughts and then the club goes about making any change the Rules C puts forth to the club. There is a By- Law, that will take care of the Two signature suggested at the Party and no one that I know of has submitted a By-Law change to The Rules C to effect that when it is already taken care of by Article IV 1. (D). The By-Law should be protected at all cost. That’s why we have Article VII section 1. 1,2,3, . As to Article V Section 2 I’m sure just sort of takes care of it’s self. My vote “if needed” is keep the By-Laws we have. Len
