Hi Jim, Parks here. I was wondering If you would include my 3rd annual Young Eagles flyin on June 30, @ 8am in Weaverville (O54) to the calendar of events 2012. We are looking for Pilots and static displays, heli or gyro, and even airplanes. I have contacted US Coast Guard, CHP, Local Medivac, National Guard and hoping they will bring there heli’s to show. Note if you are planing on flying Young Eagles, you have to be a National EAA member. All information is on the EAA website under Young Eagle events. Thank you and hope 2012 in the best year ever for all, and hoping to see you in Weaverville..

Is Kims party on the 11th or 13th? On the swansboro website, it lists the hanger party on the 13th, please check it out and let me know.

It is the 11th of August. It’s always on a Saturday.
I just looked at Swansboro’s web site again and realized the dates they have listed are from 2011. not 2012!!!! Thank you for clearing that up.

I suspect that it is too yearly in the year for them to be thinking about updating there website about the hanger party.
