Today Mike and I attached the tub to the rest of the panels. The tub required a lot of cutting to get it to fit properly.

Saturday, October 7th, 2006Mike and I spent all day cutting on the cabin panels. Things were so warped the their were big gabs between the windshield and the cabin supports. Because of the warpage, I may not be able to install doors in the future.
But by the end of the day, Rotor was looking real good. Everyone was pleased.
Sep 8 2006 – Cockpit mounting on frame
Friday, September 8th, 2006Today I put together the cockpit components bolted the cockpit on the frame. It turned out to be a real problem due to warpage of the components. It’s been years since they were last assembled.
